I have been extremely pleased with my experience with BetterHelp thus far. I am only a few weeks in with my current therapist but the match couldn't have been better. I was able to connect with my therapist quickly and the platform makes engagement so convenient. The only downside is that I am not able to work through my insurance company but the service itself is top notch.
