My therapist is amazing!!! She is so easy to talk to and has helped me so much

Getting connected with a therapist through BetterHelp has been the best thing that could’ve happened to me during the hardest time in my life I’ve been going through recently. I had never felt so desperate for guidance and for someone to talk to. I was able to be connected with the therapist in under 24 hours and have my first live session the following day! Since using the service I have felt such a sense of support and reassurance and the communication from the BetterHelp support team has also been amazing. Pricing is fair, the app is easy to use, and they could not have done a better job job and pairing me with a counselor. I love this service and plan to use it for the foreseeable future. I hope anyone considering mental health services looks to BetterHelp as an option for them.

I have had very bad experiences on this site and I do not get the impression of dealing with a professional service when dealing with them. I have not received any help for two weeks and still being charged for it, which is a total rip off and now my 'therapist' has just dumped me and asked me to find someone else.This is no way to be conducting therapy, so it's therapy's poor cousin which can be very harmful. This is a very poor service that does more damage than good and got me to pay for sessions I never had through no fault of my own. I struggle to even give them a star as they do not deserve one at all. Very bad service.

I had been to therapy in the past. Sit in the waiting room, feel like a number being called in... anyway, Betterhelp is just that Better Help. My therapist listens to me, he's like a friend i can text anytime of the day or night. Vent to when i can't vent to anyone else. He hears what I have to say and pushes me to fight for myself. With betterhelp it's not just ease of use because you have 24/7 access essentially, but you have the world at your fingertips to find the perfect person for you.

Need to reschedule but no cues on Reminder screen to see how to do that,, only cancel session.

I love the model and the price. It can't be beat. I work on my computer all day, every day anyway, so to set aside an hour per week to either email, text or video chat with my therapist really works for me. He's friendly, listens very well, and I always feel like he's on my side.

betterhelp is a very good platform for those needing help getting through challenging times. the counsellor I had was very knowledgable, considerate and compassionate. they also helped me with being able to get counselling through assistance. I would recommend them.

BetterHelp has been very beneficial to me. I'm in a remote location for work so this has help me out alot.
