I never like the thought of going to therapy but with BetterHelp I can talk with an experienced therapist on the phone and it works great! I would recommend this to anyone going through things.

Christian therapy with excellent psychological care. Therapist is always ontime, and works in a delightful way with a great sense of humor. An enormous ability to combine the psychological, spiritual and practical. The groups, worksheets and goals are another plus for added help in the journey as people choose what is best for them.

I wouldn’t expect to get therapy this easily .. i always thought I had to go broke for someone to hear me out but no BetterHelp has a team of experts willing to help at a super reasonable price. I’m so happy I found BetterHelp

Better help made the search for a therapist easy. I was apprehensive because I didn't know where to start. I usually sit in my car for my video sessions and that's convenient for me. In my original search I liked that each therapist had information about themselves so that I could consider if they would be good for me. Better help makes it easy to switch therapist if it's not working. I love the reminder texts and emails before a session. Cancelling because of a scheduling conflict is easy. I love that I can communicate with my therapist via messaging anytime I may have concerns. The extra classes and group sessions have been a bonus I didn't expect. I've been able to find more information to help myself by attending these classes and then review them with my therapist. For most classes if I miss a session, better help gives you access to rewatch them for 7 days. As a busy mom that's been tremendously helpful.

This is a bad company and a big scam don’t go for it. The plan is paid for was ment to be good but as I used it my therapist didn’t even respond my sessions were cut of early and I didn’t even get listened to. The amount of money I spent for that plan to not even get bare minimum is ridiculous. The app hardly works and all therapist are god awful. I tried two therapist and they were just the same. It was like they couldn’t be bothered. Do not recommend
