Better Help aided me at one of my lowest moments. I felt like things were coming crashing down on me and I didn't have anyone to talk to. I took a chance and hoped for the best. I met my counselor and from day one she made my anxiety seem much better and gave me excellent tools to both cope and adjust. Couldn't ask for a better tool to help me in my lower moments. I have been worried about starting therapy for awhile now. It’s costly, and going in person has given me even more anxiety. BetterHelp has genuinely changed my life. The entire process has been incredibly affordable and the customer service agents I worked with in the beginning offered me help. Then when I started therapy with my therapist I felt like she was there to actually guide and work with me. There is a journal in the app which is so helpful and just so many resources that can be used.
