I can recommend BetterHelp, although 100% online, due to the great psychologists available via the platform. Support is excellent and speedy if you do run into issues, like I did on 2 occasions with the video feed, which however seems to have due to issues on the remote end. We were since able to resolve and subsequent sessions have been flawless w.r.t. quality.

This is my second time with BetterHelp and I'm getting what I need out of it. It's hard to self-reflect and take an assessing look at yourself and go over your issues, but it's worth it. BetterHelp has numerous resources, therapists, and counselors to guide you in the right direction if you're seeking self-improvement, need to overcome trauma, or you have any sort of issues with your personal or social life. You just need to make sure that you find the right therapist for you and that you're willing to actually do the work. Something that I learned is that you may not always click with your therapist and it's absolutely okay if you need to find another therapist to work on your issues with.

Life is limed! It's a precious recourse, like currency you need to spend it wisely. You never get your time refunded! Trying to work out struggles on my own is time consuming and life limiting. For quicker relief and a 'better' life obtained faster, I would recommend better help. The system and team have helped me label, understand and process my issues in a convenient time and format to me.

The therapists are good and the platform is fine, I just think it is overpriced for 30 minutes talking to someone. I can try and be understanding that they need to break even and pay people but the fee is so expensive my goodness. Anyway, it is a great service, I cannot take that away from the platform.
