Having had little success with getting helpful and timely support from the UK’s mental healthcare through the NHS which is currently overwhelmed by the need my son recommended I try Betterhelp as a gift from him. I was unsure of using online therapy and wasn’t feeling the first therapist that I was matched with suited my needs but it’s easy to change and to find someone you feel comfortable with which is what I did and after 2 sessions with my therapist I am very grateful and have already found it a valuable experience. My therapist is excellent and I am able to talk to her with trust and her work with me is caring and constructive giving me hope for the future. Absolute joke Took Two payments Totaling a whooping £420 by mistake from my bank account. Now I need counselling, just dealing with betterhelp stresses me out.(Husband) Also made my wife's anxiety worse. Which the counselling was ment to be for. Found a counsellor locally for my wife which was cheaper. HOW CAN YOU SAY.... It's a rolling subscription when you took two transactions the same day....I DON'T THINK SO...
