When you need the help the most uou are being robbed!!! They have charged me 240£ for the second time despite the fact that I haven’t use my sessions bought first time yet. When contacted them they have refund 180 instead of 240!!! Now trying to avoid contact and full refund. Also the therapist Ruth: AVOID. She is bored of you and showing that a lot. Thiefs!

I feel I was perfectly matched with the right therapist. She understood my issues and concerns and made the whole experience easy. Like talking to a trusted friend. And as someone who was apprehensive about therapy in the first place, it made all the difference.

very easy to find a perfect therapist according to your needs. i’ve started different therapies in the past, and always stop very fast as it was never really a match. on BetterHelp, I felt like finally finding someone to really really match to what I’m looking for and not only a random professional, who might be great at what they are doing, but maybe not matching to what I’m looking for. I’ve been using BetterHelp for over a year know and my therapist accompanied me through so many different stages already and helped me healing and understanding so much. There are also group sessions available and so much more. I’m really happy that such a great and helpful app was founded!

It was extremely easy to create an account. I have only had experience with one Therapist, but he is excellent. I thoroughly appreciated the ability to fill out a survey that was in-depth and offered religious options to make it easier to find the right fit.

I like the different options for help and that it’s accessible on my phone. The availability doesn’t always line up with mine and sometimes for my therapist. Theres been 2 weeks I haven’t been able to see her which isn’t ideal when I am paying for each week.

A great mix of "app" and real in person therapy. I joined after an outsized bout of anxiety, and found the combination of prompts, exercises and therapist sessions quite helpful. A fraction of office therapy cost, as well.
