I only give 4 stars because I had difficulty finding a good fit for a therapist. Once I did I got a great therapist who in a short time speaking with her she supported me in a breakthrough and I a grateful!

BetterHelp shared my private information with third parties against my knowledge and against my wishes. This is against the law. I have documentation to prove it. Do NOT trust this company with your mental health. Edit following reply: everybody, just Google this company and the litany of privacy violations they have committed. They informed me directly that they have been found guilty of sharing my private information with 3rd parties against my knowledge and against my wishes so their reply to my honest review is clearly untrue.

Charging $90 per week per child is outrageous, especially considering the lack of any affordable alternatives or flexible session frequencies. For two kids, this means a staggering $720 per month, making it utterly inaccessible for most families. Their claims about offering different plans are blatantly false. Despite their responses to reviews suggesting otherwise, they clearly state, "At this time, we do not offer a plan of this frequency, but you're certainly encouraged to apply for a discount since all members qualify. To apply, fill out the form at...". This misleading rhetoric is nothing more than a deceptive tactic to pacify dissatisfied customers. They act as though they are not the ones in control of their pricing and options, which is both insulting and dishonest. The reality is, TeenCounseling.com caters exclusively to wealthy families, completely ignoring the financial struggles of the average family. Their business model is designed to maximize profits at the expense of accessibility and affordability. If you are looking for mental health support for your children and are not among the wealthy elite, this service will leave you high and dry. Do not be fooled by their deceptive responses. TeenCounseling.com is not here to help; they are here to profit. Save your money and look for a more honest and affordable option for your family's mental health needs.

Platform is easy to use and very convienient for an active or busy life

As per their ad they where able to find a therapist within 48h. No issues for me with the app. If you are looking for a therapist and are on a waiting list, this app can and will help while you are waiting.
