BetterHelp was offered by my companies EAP, I made the decision that i needed help, but in my industry i just cant take off when i need to for appointments. When i looked up the information and applied i felt a little better with the options provided on how to receive services, and even better how we are able to choose our Therapist that part was a major plus and what sold me! Understanding what my issues were i was able to request someone who would understand when i spoke about them and mean it when saying ' I get it'. I am extremely satisfied with my Therapist and BetterHelp as a whole.

I have nothing but good things to say about therapist and Better help. It's worth what you pay. They provide you with the tools to work on behavioral issues

How convenient and easy for me to get help when I can do it from home on a Saturday morning! I’ve always stressed about finding the time to take care of myself through therapy, and BetterHelp fixed that issue. Not to mention, I feel very comfortable talking to my therapist that they strategically matched me to through a series of questions.

BetterHelp has been great for me. Due to my anxiety, I generally have a hard time finding a new Therapist or Doctor. BetterHelp made it so easy to find someone who matched up perfectly with my needs and she is always there when I need her. The scheduling system is great, so it doesn’t feel as taxing and I always remember to sign up for my next session! The entire app is fairly simple and has a lot of perks. I have even called in to customer service for questions and they were so helpful! I honestly don’t have a single negative point to mention! I hope you at least give it a try!

Super easy to use. I like the choices of individual sessions and Group sessions, and it's a great value. My therapist was wonderful, and it's easy to change if they are not a right fit.

New to therapy …and let me tell you !!! Worth it worth it worth it !!! I have such a great therapist! Not only are they kind, and listen. They are so helpful and get me to stay centered and focus on the process in the progress… and that set backs in life and setups !!! Let’s go !!! Better Help's marketing campaign is so AGGRESSIVE, always watch out for what is being overly marketed, they prey on the young and vulnerable, so openly a business, therapy is a big industry now and the commodification of mental health is gross to see. A channel 4 documentary 'I don't trust my therapist untold' uncovers personal negative experiences with Better Help, so many of their therapists aren't vetted, and young people might not know that they can shop around for a therapist, and that they don't have to accept the first one that comes along, no matter how 'perfectly matched' they might have been. In this economy, robbing young people of hard earned cash for a shoddy and potentially damaging 50 minute session is despicable. Therapy needs to be a safe and inclusive place, it should only be a mirror to help you uncover yourself, autonomy and power should always lie with you, no one knows or understands you like you. The BACP directory in the UK is an alternative vetted source for finding a therapist, the CPPD also offer low cost counsellers in training.

Very wonderful experience really good therapist a real therapist that acts real and understands your needs and really knows the severity of what you're going through and knows actual solutions that will work for you and someone who can adapt to the solutions let me work for you best in an efficient manner
