Betterhelp is a great platform for therapy. If you are not happy with your therapist you can choose another. The support staff are amazing. The therapists are good. It's affordable. There is group therapy available if you want to try that. There's a journaling component. A wonderful service for mental wellness. I have been using therapy to help me with hyper vigilance which happened as a result of family emergencies, but it's also great as a source of consistent support.

Appreciate I was matched with a therapist quickly and could meet with her over a variety of times to accommodate my schedule. Had a good perspective and asked a lot of initial questions via messaging to ensure she understood the issues

My experience was absolutely great because I could get help over the video call option with my cell phone. I could send messages into the page as well as do worksheets on my time and review them at the next session. I was not able to contain my anxiety and go to sessions in person at the office, and the scheduling through Better Help is in a easy program to select a date/time. Also, those office appointments were booked months away and I really could have used this option online sooner. Better Help is doing a great service connecting you with a therapist. They ask all types of questions before finding a match which is so much more helpful to connect with someone who is familiar with your concerns and issues. 100% Great Service!

BetterHelp has saved my life. I started using BetterHelp when I had very little support. My therapist (alongside the amazing staff) have helped me every step of the way through some incredibly difficult times. I can’t say enough incredible things about my therapist and BetterHelp!

I did there intro questionnaire to see where it leads, It was pretty long and at the end it asks me to sign up to proceed. If they have horrible practices like this why would you trust there therapy.
