The process helps you to match with an expert who has training helping people with the issues you want to address as an individual. There are various means of communication and engagement in therapy, which makes the process even more effective and personalized.

This therapy is amazing! One thing I love about this is if the therapist isn't a good fit for you there are many others in all different time zones. The fact that I can send my therapist a message whenever is also really great.

This service is awful, stay away from them. I thought in try the first month free, then I got a message from a "chosen therapist" saying he's conveniently was on holiday and would comeback in one month! They make extremely difficult to cancel and you not able to close your account. Since then I trying to CANCEL and they still charging me even after I receive an email it was cancelled. I want my money back and will contact the bank tomorrow about as I have by written it was cancelled. If you have mental health issues the last thing you need is this mercenaries!

I do NOT recommend the female advisor they give me she was judgmental and unprofessional she had her opinion on different cultures and almost sounded like she is pointing the finger at peoples faces and she was outside with a loud traffic and loud noise around her had attitude problems in her voice, never again, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else Date if service is random but it was either 2022 or 2023
