The first one isn’t always a fit and I tired four before finding a therapist whose language worked for my way of thinking. I take advantage of group sessions weekly which is a great way to explore other topics and bring more back to my own counseling session. BetterHelp has changed my life for the better. The ease of seeing my counselor weekly in my own location made all the difference for me.

BetterHelp is one of the best decisions I have made. Although, I know I have needed it for quite some time now, I was always apprehensive because I have such a busy schedule. With BetterHelp, I can make my own schedule, I can have any many or as little sessions that I want and it’s online so I can do it anywhere that is convenient for me. BetterHelp is already changing my life for the better and I could not be more appreciative.

I was filling out reviews more than actually getting help, the questionnaires were feeling targeted against my therapist giving me the feeling that if I don't give a 10 star review through a 10 step review than they might just terminate her. The Android app is just broken, the menus for profile or subscription setting just does not respond. Tried through a browser with the same negative result. For this reason I forgot it, and today they just deducted 250euros without a reminder or a heads-up. This service is a complete scam, aimed at increasing shareholder value, while harming therapists and making people with need navigate a corporate feedback hellscape.
