At the bottom, desperate and so depressed i have been planning my end, I reached out after being told i could fet help here! Spent 20 mins trying to fill the form out thinking the service was free BECAUSE THEY HIDE ITS £45 A WEEK TILL AFTER YOU FILL IT OUT! when you have nothing left, lost everything and feel like your nothing and nobody cares along cones parasites like betterhelp to prove you are right! They even put the boot in by emailing you THE bext day making out they can gelp and want to! THEY DO T CARE! all they want is £45 a WEEK out of you! How many people do they push past the brink! THEY HAVE ME! i now start planning as i give up!

When my life got to be overwhelming, persistently stressful, and difficult AF just to not get any worse, that is when you need to make an account with BetterHelp, apply for financial aid (because you can’t afford your bills already), and schedule an appointment either a therapist / counselor you respect or at least won’t hate, and hopefully talk out your stressors, struggles, and situation. If you’re broke AF like I was / am, then BetterHelp is Better Than Nothing for sure! First therapist I was paired with wasn’t bad, just wasn’t someone I felt I could get along with. (i.e. I don’t want to know your political beliefs or conspiracy theories dude! I’ve got enough stuff going on… Jesus… seriously… Then Trump won the election. I switched therapists that week.) Long story short, get to it and make an account, apply for financial aid, and schedule your first session! Life is too short to feel so bad. Things can change! Make it happen.
