Easy to find, easy to log onto, variety of help sights and therapy (individual or group) Very glad I found this sight.

Easy to navigate the app. My therapist was a match off first pick. I would highly recommend BetterHelp because it’s very flexible and they give you assistance if you qualify on your therapy sessions, which was much needed.

Betterhelp is the way to go if you are always a busy person. You can schedule your sessions around your schedule. And the therapist are Great!!

It feels like a scam because Betterhelp asks for payment before showing the therapist list and if I want to go with any of those therapists which makes the binding( it cost too much) hard to digest. A therapy is not a blind date.

I’m glad that I found my therapist through Better Help. He’s been really helpful with my battle with depression. He listened well and has provided me with great feedback and guidance to get through my situation.

Don’t wait to talk with someone and navigate whatever you are going through, especially family dynamics. I find the journaling and classes/worksheets are very helpful and complement our experience for self help from a professional for me, and thinking you deserve that.

Betterhelp has been an amazing tool to start my relationship with therapy. The only thing I wish could change is a more affordable way to move from weekly appointments. I am at a point with I don’t necessarily always need weekly appointments but I don’t want to pay a huge amount for bi weekly appointments.

The adaptability. I love the mood tracker and journaling.
