I’ll be honest I’m not too much of a review person, but I’ve been seeking help and a therapist for a while and being a single mom and self-employed. It’s hard to be able to afford this kind of services. I was extremely desperate to find something that I looked everywhere and I came across a better help. I’ve been with them using their services for about three weeks now I love my therapist. She’s awesome. I love how the ad works with the appointment scheduling ,my journal , my goals. The system is very helpful and everything that they offer. I liked it so much I refer a friend that was looking for a therapy. She had her first session today and she said she loved it and she’s gonna continue and she was thankful that I refer her and I’m glad because if it’s helping me, I wanted to help others

The process of getting started was straightforward, and I was matched with a therapist who was a great fit for me. Over the course of several months, I had a very positive experience and found the sessions genuinely helpful. I appreciated the convenience of being able to meet online, the flexibility of the platform, and the ability to access support without having to navigate a complicated in-person process. For me, BetterHelp made counseling more accessible at a time when I needed it. I'm glad I gave it a chance, and I would recommend it to anyone considering online therapy, especially if their insurance is accepted.

I was slow to coming to take the steps to seek a therapist. Signing up for Better Help, questions were asked to find my preferences and style therapist. And within a day, I was matched with April. And within minutes of our 1st session, I knew she was a great match. I am self directed, so I communicate with her through messaging, and we get a focus for the session. Sometimes we stray, but always to another relevant and useful topic. She makes suggestions, and I have been incorporating them, as homework. So I can see and feel the difference very quickly. Some of my issues are deep seated, so to be honest, it can take time to set new patterns. But having her on my team is one more tool I use for self growth. I find the interface user friendly and I like how I can schedule or reschedule easily. And her willingness to communicate in between visits through writing is an amazing bonus. If you are on the fence, go for it - you can always switch therapists or take a break if that's what you need.

I really like working with my therapist, Bre. She understands me, and makes me feel so safe expressing my fears. Healing isn’t easy, but it’s necessary for me. I want to be successful and be a healthier version of myself. I feel like having Bre as my therapist is helping me more than I could ever imagine.

Therapy can be expensive and quite honestly was a deterrent from my starting therapy sooner. I have a large deductible and my therapy not covered until my deductible is met. Better Help offered a discounted rate and I was able to start therapy and it has been so beneficial. When someone experiences financial constraints and on top of that needs therapy, the financial burden makes everything worse. I am appreciate that Better Help offered this discount so that I could get much needed therapy. Thank you.

They are great at there jobs and listen and respect you and respond to me about my issues

BetterHelp is a rip off; unethical, greedy organisation profiting from vulnerable, desperate people

Horrible service, and unprofessional counsellors. My very.first meeting was with a therapist that was eating and drinking pop during our session. Her connection was unstable so it kept cutting in and out, and she said at the end of the session that she'd send me worksheets to do in between sessions, and she never did.
