I received 2 free sessions for making on time payments to Afterpay and since I had already decided to find a new therapist I decided to take advantage of the sessions. I signed up with BetterHelp, did the assessment and was paired up with the absolute perfect therapist for me. I like that I didn't have to choose my therapist as I did with the previous agency. The company is fabulous and my therapist is absolutely amazing. When my two free sessions were used they were able to work with me on cost since I am not working and I don't have disability yet. I suggest using BetterHelp to anybody looking for therapy.

The therapist I had was great but Better Help doesn’t accept insurance and $80 out of pocket tends to add to the stress you’re already going through. Not for me.

Better Help has made it super easy & affordable to find a great therapist. The process is pretty quick from signing up to getting matched. The matching process seems to work very well. My therapist is exactly what I asked for. I highly recommend Better Help!

I've tried for so long to engage and be consistent with therapy. Initially, it was a challenge to adapt to the Better Help Platform find and crush with your therapist, but the staff guided me with patience, and I kept myself fighting not to quit. Everything went smoothly once I found my therapist and started to incorporate the session into my schedule. I highly recommend better help but also fight for not quitting in the first obstacle.

Although my therapists is really good the company is very shady. I cancelled a session with 2 days notice and they still charged me for a session I didnt have. After numerous emails to them and them promising to give me a credit it never happened and I was out 65.00. This is a very shady business and I wouldnt trust them and the communication they will tell you what you want to hear and do nothing to remedy the situation.

I’m an over route of the road truck driver so being able to be home to go to a therapist and finding somebody you can trust is a very hard thing to do. This is really made it simple to find somebody to help me in my therapist. Nance is really helping me. Turn my life around and get me back to my good spot. This is a great service. I think more People should have access to this, especially people in the traveling industry such as truck drivers traveling sales people I think you guys should really promote this a lot more. You can go to hotels truck stops to help people more people need to know about their service. Thank you.

I really like better help. It is so easy to use. I have had issues with it freezing up lately but hopefully that bug gets fixed. You receive a lot, a lot of reminders of your upcoming appointments so you have to be at peace with that annoying little thing.

The therapist was very helpful and the website was easy to navigate. I would highly recommend Better Help. It has helped me through a difficult time in my life. Thank you Better Help.
