Better Help changed my life. Not only the quality of therapy, but more importantly the affordability. My friend told me he payed thousands for just a few sessions of therapy. Better Help gave me the opportunity for up to 8 sessions a month (4 individual and 4 group) at $260. The quality did not suffer. My therapist was incredible. I was in such a bad state, I could not do just 1 or 2 sessions a month like other services. I needed constant support.
