Finding Better Help was a lifesaver! I had previously been in therapy in another state. I thought I'd worked through my issues enough to be ok. When I realized that I still needed to sort out some things, I searched online and found Better Help. From the beginning, finding a therapist and setting up an initial session to the ongoing scheduling and meeting my therapist via video, things are so easy. I highly recommend them. In fact, I do tell family and friends about them regularly.

My experience this time with BetterHelp has been excellent. Their service is amazing and I am very happy with my therapist. Keshawna has been like a friend to me and it had helped me to much to overcome my depression and isolation. I not only receive therapy, but Keshawna will speak to me in writing between sessions for additional support. I have felt less lonely by attending the group sessions and I feel I am reclaiming my inner peace. We can do a lot of work on our own, but I feel nothing replaces that human connection when healing.

Betterhelp has been amazing for me! It had provided quick access to support and I have been lucky to have been matched with a really knowledgeable and understanding therapist! It has allowed me to unpack a lot and work towards self development and self reflection, leaving each session with lots to think about. As therapy should be, my therapist provides a balance between guiding me and providing insights but also getting me to self reflect and think for myself. I have seen some negative comments around betterhelp but as with any therapy there is always a risk of getting matched with an inappropriate therapist - I have had this even with face to face therapy which was fully private as well. There is an option to switch therapists if you feel that way although I haven’t personally used. If you are thinking about therapy then I would recommend to at least try and give it a go! It could be a game changer as it was for me!

They have a range of options for sessions call/videocall/texting. By far the best therapy I've received
