They’re launching a business by preying on the most vulnerable folks. Their adds speak so highly of what they do but when it’s all said and done this is a business venture that will gladly get you to sign up KNOWING they don’t accept your insurance and then send you a full price bill.

Great interface, easy to use, no unnecessary features, but everything that you need. The way it brings therapy to your house, your car, your closet, anywhere you need it, is a huge advancement.

When I joined Better Help, they asked questions that mattered to me to make sure they paired me with a therapist that was a good match for me. They also have programs to help make the weekly sessions more affordable for me. My therapist is great and I have the option to do group sessions along with my weekly one on one sessions. With all that Better Help offers me, I feel that I am getting my money's worth.

Absolutely amazing therapy service . I can freely speak about anything and everything without feeling judged or uncomfortable. It’s a very personal service and they have helped me so much in my day to day life and in my mental health . My therapist is Anna Reeves and she is an absolute god send !

It’s comforting to know that professional help is just a few clicks away. For anyone considering therapy but unsure where to start, I’d definitely recommend this app.

The therapist was terrible. She wanted to spend 2 if not 3 sessions going over my whole past. You only get 4 sessions in a block for a ridiculous price. I told her I didn’t need to go over my history. Somewhat up-themselves as if they know you better than you know yourself. The sessions I had I wanted refunded because she was honestly useless. I just kept getting told I could change therapist but they would then want to waste 2 sessions talking about my past. It was one issue, which was current, that I wanted to talk about. Ended up figuring it out myself. I’m still waiting for my money back. Don’t bother with Betterhelp: useless. RESPONSE TO BETTERHELP: I’ve sent my details. I await the refund. I’ll update here when I get it.

I saw 3 therapists through this site. I didn't find any of them to be informed or helpful. Hope others fund it more useful than me!
