We're also really glad to hear you've noticed an improvement. The main thing we want to put right is that you were left without proper instructions. That's on us, and it's at the root of several of the frustrations you've described — the two button functions, cleaning the jets, and using the lid-massage tool. If you email us at [email protected], we'll send you the full usage and cleaning guide straight away so you're not left guessing, especially around keeping the device clean. On the heat: what you've described — slow to warm, strongest only near the end, and one session that didn't really warm at all — isn't how it should perform. We'd genuinely like to take a look at your unit, so please flag it in that same email and we'll check it over or arrange a replacement. Your notes on the fit pressing on the nose, and a jet occasionally not flowing, are going straight to our product team too — exactly the kind of detail that helps us improve.
