Hi Francine, Thank you for your honest review, and we're sorry your mask hasn't been working as it should. To clear up the instructions: we recommend mixing 1 part Eye Hydration Complex with 4 parts bottled drinking water. We don't recommend tap water, since it can leave mineral deposits on the atomizers. Since you've already tried the troubleshooting and it's still only misting on one side, that's not something you should have to keep working around. Hi Sara, Thanks for the detail, it helps us point you in the right direction. On the warm-up: the mask doesn't give a spoken signal when it's ready. It warms for about 4 minutes and then carries on, so you haven't missed anything. We're sorry the instructions suggested otherwise. The one-sided mist and the frequent clean-outs are often linked. Using the Eye Hydration Complex undiluted can lower mist output and leave residue on the atomizers. A mix of roughly 1 part Complex to 4 parts water keeps the mist steadier and cuts down on cleaning. If one side still stays weak after that, the small brush in the box can clear that side's atomizer. If neither helps, or the battery keeps running down quickly, please email us at [email protected]. Hello Kenneth, That's a fair thing to raise, and we'd rather answer it than let it sit. The mask is designed to be cleaned. The silicone interior wipes down, and every unit ships with a cleaning brush and absorbent sponges for the reservoir and atomizer, with the method laid out in the Setup & Care guide that goes out by email. If that guide never reached you or wasn't clear enough, that's a gap on our side and we want to know about it. Write to us at [email protected] and mention this review.
