Because the device both heats and produces steam, it does draw a fair bit of power, so charging it every use or two is fairly normal. That said, if yours seems to be draining noticeably faster than that, it could point to a battery that isn't performing as it should — and we'd be glad to check your unit. Hi Mary, We're sorry — both for how the device performed and for how frustrating the refund has felt. Waiting and feeling like you're getting the runaround is the last thing we'd ever want for you. Here's what's happening with the refund: because a claim is currently open with PayPal, we generally have to process the refund through PayPal's own system rather than separately, as otherwise the two can collide. It isn't us holding things up on purpose — but we completely understand it hasn't felt quick enough. If you email us directly at [email protected], we'll make sure your refund is actioned through PayPal as fast as possible and keep you updated until it's done. Hi Paik, We're sorry the instructions weren't easy to find — that's on us, and it's clearly made the first week more confusing than it should have been. If you email us at [email protected], we'll send you the full usage guide right away, including exactly how to select the highest heat setting so you're not left guessing. On the temperature itself: the device doesn't have an on-screen readout, so it can genuinely be hard to judge the exact warmth by feel — and at its warmest it's designed to be a gentle, soothing heat rather than anything hot, so "warm" may well be just right. That said, if it ever seems like it isn't heating as it should, we'd like to take a look, so do mention it in your email and we'll check your unit or arrange a replacement.
