I managed to fit this in just before bed it helps relax. My eyes are not so crusty in the morning and not having to use the eye drops as often. Overall very pleased with the product.

I purchased the Beminda Steam Therapy Pro and the Lid Massage Wand because I have a dry eye issue. It's been about 3 weeks and so far it does feel refreshing when I use it every morning. I don't know for sure yet whether it is making any real difference, but I will continue using it and give it time. Set up was not difficult, however I found that the instructions are not up-to-date and so I encountered some confusion and frustration. It would be very helpful to new purchasers of this product if the instructions were updated. I will say that Customer Service is excellent! They have been very responsive and extremely helpful.

Very prompt and service

I was having trouble with hot mist output until it was recommended that I dilute the Beminda formula to make it less viscous. That seemed to work and it also stretches out purchasing the expensive pink formula. I clean the chamber almost every day and charge frequently - but I still wish the hot mist was more robust. I often finish the 12-minute session with little change in the feel of my eye moisture, but I am still waiting to observe the cumulative effects over time. Use at least once daily!

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for this amazing product is because it took so long to replace the defective unit. The support staff at customer service, I believe, worked very hard to help me. But there seemed to be lack of communication with shipping and an inability to provide any tracking information. I'm not sure where that disconnect was, but I'm otherwise very satisfied.

Using the eye mask is very relaxing and soothing. I have only had one issue with it, and that was early on. It involved not getting steam from one eye. I did what you said to do when that happens, and it works properly now. All in all, I am happy with it!

I purchased the Beminda Steam Therapy Pro and I’m generally very pleased with its performance. The setup was quick and easy, and the unit works reliably. I really like that the notifications clearly indicate when the device is on, off, or switching modes. My only suggestion would be to add an option to turn off the music without disabling those status notifications. I appreciate knowing what the unit is doing, but I’d prefer to silence the music while still keeping the alerts active. Overall, it’s a solid product with one feature improvement that would make it even better.
