After our earlier exchange, a payment dispute was raised with your bank for this order. We didn't contest it, so the funds were released from our side and returned through your bank's dispute process rather than as a refund from us directly. That's why you haven't seen anything arrive from Beminda — the money is no longer with us to send. Your bank or card issuer will be able to confirm the status and timing. It's worth asking them specifically about the disputed transaction, as those funds are sometimes held pending case closure. Hi Gay, Thank you for such a detailed account — genuinely useful, and fair on every point. A few things worth knowing. The mist does start before the heat builds, so the cool puffing at the beginning is normal rather than a fault. The dripping, though, and the chalky feeling afterwards aren't things you should have to live with, and "use fewer drops" clearly wasn't enough of an answer. MGD is also a condition where fit and heat really matter, so if the mask is sitting heavily on your nose and forehead, that's worth sorting rather than tolerating. One thing worth checking: the device takes about 4 minutes to warm up and plays a ready cue before the session properly begins, so if warmth is only arriving near the end, something may be off with your unit.
