Terrible company. The lining came totally apart in the inside of the weekender bag. I notified them and sent photos. They told me that I was my fault due to wear and tear. I only used the bag once. I don’t consider a defective item my fault Even if I used it everyday it’s not my problem that the lining came apart. DON’T buy their product

Terrible customer service. No phone number to contact them. Still waiting for my delivery and no tracking in sight. I paid extra for delivery website says 2-4 days that’s a lie. Wish I had read the reviews before purchase. Wasted money!

It is impossible to contact the customer support in europe. I want to return a item purchased from their store. Fist I got a shipping label, which didn’t not work. I have tried to reach them now for two weeks without any luck. No answer no nothing. I just want to return the item I purchased since it did not fit my needs.

I recently ordered 5 pieces from this company, I'm currently several hours into attempting an exchange ... Their customer service is so poor It makes me want to return everything and take my business elsewhere. All I can say is beware of a company that doesn't have an 800 number to help.

I don't understand the negative reviews...I have had the mini work tote for more than 6 months, I fill it to the brim plus laptop and IPAD sometimes and its perfect and durable.

Please use this review as a warning before buying from this company. The quality of the product that I received was absolutely shocking. I bought the weekender bag and the VERY FIRST TIME that I used it, both the long strap and the short handle SNAPPED at the airport in two different places!! No, I did not make my bag “too heavy” or even pack it with too much. The bag was already heavy to begin with, so I only packed a small laptop and a few personal carry on items because I didn’t want to make it heavier on my shoulder. Please trust me, I thought this bag was super cute and very handy, but I’m incredibly disappointed in the quality that I received. The stitching on this bag is VERY POOR. For something that is considered as a “luxury” item or because it costs so much, you would expect better quality, but it’s not. DO NOT BUY THIS BAG!!! Buyers beware, and reconsider before buying!

I ordered 2 suitcases a week ago, and I still haven't received any tracking information. I placed the order two weeks before my departure, and it hasn't been processed. At this point, I've lost hope that it will arrive on time, and I wanted to cancel the order accordingly. However, the customer service informed me that it's no longer possible. How can it not be possible when the order hasn't even been processed? I also can't fathom why it's taking so long to process this order, as there are no ongoing promotions or special events. I am extremely disappointed with the logistics in this case.

Bought a set of luggage from them, the large suitcase was scratched inside and after a couple of emails with their support team they sent me a whole new one! Great customer service (from Kameron on the support team) and quick shipping to the UK! Can’t speak on the durability of the cases but they’re suitcases so are bound to get scratched and just have to not be too precious about it! Will definitely purchase again
