Customer service gave me options to resolve my issue quickly and to my satisfaction. They responded in a reasonable time frame. I liked that I was told to expect a response within a couple of days so I knew what to expect. Overall, it was a great customer service experience!

Beans delivered didnt have a roast date, but an expiry date. i questioned this, and was told it was typically a year after roast date. I do not think that this is ok for the money spent on freshly roasted beans. Also the beans delivered (Grind) can be bought in a supermarket for half the price. Subsequently Beanz have offered refund with some good customer service.
