Coffee seems overpriced in order to squeeze money from their 25% discount for those joining having purchased a Sage/Breville machine. The lack of ability to rate each coffee on personal taste is also disappointing. I'm forgetting what I like/don't like. I was also sent the wrong coffee one occassion but that issue was resolved well, and very quickly. Overall - could do a lot better. I won't be sticking with them forever, but that 25% saving (up to £650) means that I'm not looking just yet as it's similarly priced to going direct, but all on one site.

Had the subscription for a couple of years with mixed coffee quality. It’s become too expensive for me to maintain the subscription.

No little extras for the delay and having to buy coffee from a local shop at more expense

I was unlucky with a faulty machine but it was collected and refunded as promised.

Following my purchase of a Sage coffee machine, I decided to enable the Beanz promotion. My two free bags of coffee came quickly and was a great service. So I was very happy to enable the subscription promotion. I selected two bags every two weeks from the Small Batch Coffee Roasters. I ordered on 09 Feb and got a confirmation email. It then took until 12 Feb to get an email to confirm my order was with the roaster. Then nothing until I chased up on 16 Feb via Beanz support, and coincidentally received the two bags via Royal Mail. I was not aware that it would take a week to get the coffee. Based on my experience with the two free bags, I would have expected the order to have arrived in the same week and maybe even on 11 Feb. I appreciate that working with so many different suppliers is complicated, but customers need to have their expectations managed - especially when we are all very used to next-day and even same-day deliveries now.

They did not ever respond to my messages. First reply I received was to let me know my case was closed. I had been a subscriber for almost a year. Decided to cancel after second time of receiving coffee later than subscribed time frame. Prior to this experience, they were always prompt in reply. This was my second time for late delivery. Coffee was always good.

I asked that stop sending my auto shipment of beans what did I receive anouther shipment of beans. They emailed again this time with instuctions on how to cancel the subscription

I was happy with the service up until my most recent order. I pay £18/mo for a 2 bag subscription and was sent coffee which can be bought from their own website at a cheaper price than I was charged as a subscriber. Subscribers should be better off, not worse off.
