Do not buy!!! Received as a gift for Christmas, broke after 4 uses. Customer service terrible and ignoring emails - been 3 weeks now. Don’t buy!!

I received an exploded can of serum. It wasn’t packed right and leaked all over the inside and outside of the box. It’s been ten days and I haven’t heard back from anybody. I’m a patient person but this is ridiculous. The customer service is nonexistent and apparently they don’t care. If this is family owned, the family needs to regroup about how they run their business.

so i bought the beachwaver and a few of their hair products. when i received it the top to the can of mousse was broken off. i reached out via email to let them know my product was useless and could they please replace it. they said i would get a response in 5 days. well it’s a month later and i have yet to get a response or a replacement mousse. i think it’s very convenient that they have no customer service number so they don’t have to respond to these issues. needless to say i won’t be ordering from them again and i won’t recommend them to anyone.

Ordered my item on 28th December. It is now 24th January and I am still yet to receive my item. I have emailed customer service 3 times and have had no responses. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Avoid this company like the plague, all the reviews are true on how this shocking company operates. They ignore trading standards regulations that all companies are regulated by in the UK, such as 14day distance selling rules making their own policies staying you can’t return items. The customer service is terrible too. Save your money and use straighteners if you already have them. They should hand their heads in shame with their shocking business practice. AVOID!

Truly disappointed. Curls last 1h max and the hairs were burned where you clip them. I should have read all these bad reviews before wasting 80£ for a useless product.

I was really excited to use this curler as I saw so many good reviews about it. I have never been able to find an appropriate and easy curler as I have thick straight hair. I thought this one would finally be the one but was not surprisingly, a disappointment. It didn’t create ‘beachy waves’ waves at all and instead created uneven subpar curls after 1 and a half hours of working with it. Tried it a second time and was the same result. The worse part is that I was unable to return it because it was a ‘discounted item’ which I think is unfair especially since the product is still so expensive and does not work at all for me. Finally got a response to one of my tickets only for someone from the customer service team to say that my ticket has been combined into one. Rather than spending that time resolving the issue they send that. I began this issue on December 8th and it is now January 13th. None of my tickets have been answered so it's safe to say they have ignored me with no further response. Absolutely terrible customer service and disappointing product. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

First off I’ve never wrote a review in my life but for this product felt I had to. I’ve used the curler so many times over Christmas and I could cry with happiness every time as it’s literally changed my life. I’m a girly girl through and through who loves her makeup and hair. Unfortunately I have a progressive muscle wasting disease forcing my hands to claw which makes it difficult these days to do pretty much anything. I’ve not been able to curl my hair myself in so so long with a normal curler! I received these as a gift for Christmas and the fact I just have to navigate my hands to press the button and it spins for me is amazing! I can finally curl my hair and No more burns! I’m so shocked with all the negative reviews because this product is literally revolutionary!
