I ordered a curler over a month ago and still have not received it. To be fair the customer service team have been good and responsive (emails initially go to spam), but even after a month after purchasing, they still can’t give me an estimated shipping date. This is after being told the curler will be shipped “within the week” two weeks ago. I cancelled my order and they are processing a refund.

I love this curling iron, because it’s easy and convenient… I’ve had it for 2 years and I’ve only used it a handful of times, but this past weekend while I was curling my hair the prong melted off… like melted off. There’s absolutely no way to fix it… I reached out and yes it’s been over a year, but it’s a faulty product on their end and they won’t replace it. I use to recommend, but I’ll no longer be recommending to anyone. I also find it odd that I can’t find any reviews based off this, but i literally just type in “beachwaver prong” on Google and several searches pop up for melting off.

The concept and how it works is great, but then it just fries your hair and my hair was breaking, especially around my face. I have all these little baby hairs and also at the top of my head. The hair has just broken off. I had the setting down to the lowest it can go as far as the heat setting, but it didn’t matter. I didn’t use it for almost 6-7 months and then I wanted to use it again and curl my hair…. I even used anI even used a blow dry protective stuff in my hair before I blow dried it and then a week after I used it. My hair was all broken Horrible not using it ever again

I loved the ease of adding the curls to my long hair. Having used Hot Tools for years the addition of the rotating barrel was great. The issue is the temperature is not accurate. After about 1 year and setting the iron below 400 it was still getting hotter than 450. I finally had to trash it as it was getting hotter no matter the temperature it showed. Sad, because I loved the ease of use. I will not but again because the price point is just too high to replace after 16 months of use. Good thing I save my old Hot Tools Iron.

The curling Iron I got was terrible for my hair and when I wanted to return it they told me it was final sale and I could not return. No where on my receipt or when purchased did I see anything about a final sale. To me this is a fraudulent business practice and I am extremely disappointed. Maybe they have good products at this point I have no idea.

Ordered a curler for my daughter for Xmas but it wasn't until she unboxed it we realised they had sent the wrong colourway. Beachwaver were great about correcting the issue but is now 3rd January and my daughter still doesn't have the correct item. The courier is now notifying me of delays with the delivery. Unfortunately the companies great customer support doesn't compensate for the frustration and disappointment from their error. Hopefully the produce is decent when it eventually arrives.

I wouldn’t recommend, it’s more expensive than most curlers for one and it doesn’t make the nicest curls. I didn’t mind it though and it did the job however I’ve only had mine around 6 months and the clam bit has already broken so now it doesn’t hold the hair in place as it turns so I can’t even use it now. Will be going back to a standard curling wand

Product was great however sent with no packaging only address label on box. This was a present for my daughter who saw the item.
