Literally does not work. I've tried all sorts of outlets, nothing. It turns on, shows the temp, then flashes and beeps and turns off. What a waste of money.

Bought the Catwalk BOGO, 1” & 1.25” for $99. I have longer, thick hair and in order to get my hair to fit in the tiny clamp, I had to use very small pieces. This ended up taking forever to curl all my hair. Also, there is definitely a learning curve in figuring out how to use this thing. I can curl much faster with my standard curling iron. Requested a refund and it was rejected because it was a special sale. Now I’m out $99 and have two useless curling irons. Wish I would have read more reviews on this company before making this purchase.

I have to say alot of people have said their amazing Nd mine were fast and East to use. 1 thing I have noticed is all the 1s in uk got good reviews and the 1s posted in America all got bad reviews

Ordered a curling iron on Nov 23. The very next day they website started free shipping. I asked that my $10 shipping charge be refunded for customer courtesy since it was just one day difference. The answer was NO (had I known that free shipping was to start the next day, I would have waited one day to place my order). This $10 shipping charge is for USPS shipping and it’s now Dec 2 and I still have not received my product although it’s in route. So it will end up costing me $10 shipping for over a week delivery when the product finally arrives and it’s only coming from Illinois to Texas!!! Never again will I order from Beachwaver.com. Disappointing customer relations!!

I never leave reviews for products, but after receiving my beachwaver (delivered by Evri/Hermes) in less than 48 hours after ordering and trying it out as soon as it arrived I had to leave a review. I purchased after seeing ads on Facebook. I read comments and a lot of people had said they wouldn’t buy due to trust pilot reviews. The beachwaver heats up fast. I have never been able to curl my own hair, but this waver is amazing and so easy to use! I highly recommend to anyone who is sceptical due to negative reviews on here. 😊

I never really write reviews but after seeing the bad ones on here, I had to set the record straight! I ordered my beach waver at 21:30 on Tuesday night. It’s now Thursday and it arrived at 15:00 via Evri. Super quick delivery and I gave the product a quick go before bed… not a bad word to say! Heats up really quickly, really easy to use and gives a beautiful curl! Really excited to use this tomorrow before a night out. Thank you!

I ordered this curling iron on 11/11 for my daughter's birthday on 11/26. It did not arrive until 11/28. After we received it, she was so excited to try it out. However it did not work at all. Plugged in & curling iron tried to turn on & started to heat up , but then turns itself off. Tried multiple times in multiple outlets & still would not work. Couldn't be any more disappointed. Returning it is not an option (which I should have researched better prior to ordering this), so we are trying to get a replacement. Have tried to call the company multiple times over the last week, but it says no one is available. I wish I had just stuck with ordering on amazon instead of taking a chance on this company. Would give it 0 stars if that were an option both on the product & on the company.
