Darlene was amazing from the initial phone call to the several emails we exchanged. Darene walked me through the process needed to return the just received Beachwaver rotating curling iron that would not turn on. I am not computer savy to say the least, but Darlene was patient, kind, polite and knowledgeable. The call was one 5/15/23 and the emails were 5/15/23 and 5/16/23. Kudo to Darlene and to your customer service department for hiring people like her! Thank you Darlene!!!! I'd just like to say, things happen and I'm looking forward to receiving a one!

Bought a curling wand for my daughter, and she loves it! After 5 months, we had an issue with a product defect. My daughter really loves this product, so I contacted customer service. They honored their warranty and made it a smooth process, giving me no hassle at all. After this experience, we will definitely buy more products from this company. Great product, great service!

Incredible Customer Service! I am a new customer (April '23) of Beachwaver and loved my purchases - an S Series rotating curling iron and some products. Everything was on a great sale and I love them. I loved them so much that, 2 weeks later, I ordered another rotating curling iron, a B series larger barrel and more products, one of which was their Leave-In Conditioner. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks, the dispenser stopped "spritzing" as it should. I contacted customer service and within 10 minutes I received a notification that my replacement had been shipped. No hassles, no questions, just action, I can say they have a customer for life....or as long as I have hair!

Don't do it. The product is a piece of crap. The company won't refund your money. It's a bait and switch so that they can steal your hard earned money. Major rip off! DON'T BUY WHATEVER YOU DO!
