Not very good. I really wanted this for the automatic twirl option, but I don’t really think about how not having the top plate would impact the frizz. When your hair is between two hot plates, it significantly reduces the frizz and makes your hair look better. If you don’t have frizzy hair, this probably won’t matter.

Ordered via Tik Tok shop Am on a Thursday, by following Tuesday no movement on the order at all. By Thursday still not shipped and not acknowledging any messages so Tik Tok shop automatically cancelled the sale. Don't order bad company and have seen from other reviews products poor too.

One month since ordering, still waiting

This review is not about the Beachwaver product itself, because unfortunately I never received it. I placed and paid for my order on the Beachwaver Co. Australian website on 23 July 2026 and 39 days later, the order still hasn't been shipped. I've contacted customer service several times and their responses were vague, saying there were shipping delays and that they were unable to provide an estimated shipping date. I completely understand businesses experience stock or shipping delays. What I don't think is reasonable is taking payment, not providing any meaningful timeframe for dispatch for 5 1/2 weeks, not offering an equivalent alternative product of theirs to what I ordered which would have been fine, and providing no useful information in response to my follow-ups. So, after 5½ weeks, I've given up and requested a refund. I'm waiting to hear back about that too. I was genuinely looking forward to trying the product, so this has been a very disappointing purchasing experience. Such a shame.

Don’t order. I waited 2 weeks and they still didn’t ship my order. Luckily I got the refund but I’m waiting for it to go through. It’s currently still pending. They don’t update unless you ask and won’t explain why they take forever to ship. Feels like a scam site.

Products are nice, but if you have a return you have to email them and they ignore you until the time runs out, even if you email them multiple times for a return label. I have an expensive curler I never used, they said I could return it, but then ignored me for 2 weeks so I can't get a label. Crap customer service, don't trust this company for any returns.

I was excited to receive a Beachwaver curling iron as a gift, but unfortunately the barrel size wasn't right for my hair length and volume. I wasn't asking for a refund—I simply wanted to exchange it for the correct size. Instead of offering a straightforward exchange, customer service repeatedly refused my request and sent what felt like scripted, automated responses. I even questioned whether I was speaking to a real person because none of my questions were actually addressed. For a company that sells multiple barrel sizes specifically for different hair types and lengths, it's disappointing that they won't accommodate a simple exchange for an unused product. The experience left me frustrated and with a product I can't use. The curling iron itself may be fine, but customer service has been one of the worst experiences I've had. I expected much better.
