DO NOT BUY! If I could give 0 stars I would. For a family run business, customer service is horrendous. If you are unhappy with the purchase or open the box you can not return the item, especially if it’s been on sale! Your 14 days returns policy that every other company seems to have does not apply here! None of this information is made clear at the point of purchase.

Shocked by all the negative reviews on trustpilot! I’ve purchased from UK and I have to say I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Absolutely love it. Used it twice and no problems whatsoever. The curls are simply beautiful and it’s very easy to use. Also it arrived within 7 days in a perfectly packed box. Great quality too. If you’re doubting because of the reviews (I did at first but then watched a few videos on YouTube) DON’T because I really believe some aren’t legit. 100% recommended!

I wish I would have read the reviews be4 I purchased. I had no idea what size to order.. I contacted Customer Support and heard nothing from them. I even did their “hair quiz’.. no answers there either. I ordered the size I thought would be ok for me by watching videos.. all so not true. It is to big if a rod. Contacted Customer Service.. they accurately got back to me in 2 days. Of course, it was not their poor Customer Service.. it was my fault. All I wanted to do was exchange it.. nope.. I’m stuck with the waver that does not work for me. Shame on you ladies who started this company.. you show yourself to be so good and sincere about your customers.. in reality you could care less.. you just want the financial part of it. Again, shame on you ladies.

I purchased this item a month ago (Feb. 2023) only used it 4 times and the clamp no longer works. I haven't gotten several emails back with one saying "I am outside of the window to return it") when I have only had it for a month. Do NOT waste your money because it is defective, no way to call and talk to a human and they just ignore your request. Reporting to the Better business Bureau but i bet they have no clue. They continue to rip people off. I'm furious that I spent all that money for a defective item. Everyone report them to anyone and everyone possible. Hate companies like this one.

ordered the product at a discounted price, wished to return it when i was gifted another curling iron. wouldn’t let me return it due to it being a discounted item. then i opened it and found they had sent me the wrong colour. said they would refund me for it when i returned it. paid £79 for the item and shipping and even though it was their fault i had to return it would only refund me £58 due to shipping costs. disgraceful customer service and badly organised company, product was also very light and looked very cheap, didn’t attempt to use it

Horrible product and customer service. Product did not work and did not realize it was not returnable so i even asked to exchange for a different barrel size because it did NOT curl my hair at all. I can't get anyone on the phone, I even asked it is if defective because as I try to tighten the curl by turning it while in the process the barrel spins instead of tightening, no response. My $20 Walmart curler works sooo much better. This product is a sham

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! The customer service was the worst I have ever had! Product is just as bad! Wanted to charge me almost a third of what I paid for the product in order to return it. Have never purchased something and been so awful yet a company goes out of the way to make it worse! Look into other products before purchasing a Beachwaver. Wish I would have known! Will write a review everywhere I can in order to prevent others from this experience.

The company offered a promotion of a free gift with purchase. They did not include it. I emailed and they stated they did not offer that promotion on the dates. I sent back a screenshot in fact of their message with the DATE that they tell me they are not offering the promotion. BAD BAD business. To call your customers a liar because you did not follow through is not worth my business ever! They sent the promo at 10:21 AM on Dec 25th and it was across their page the next day Dec 26th when I clicked on the link and placed my order Dec. 26th.
