I LOVE everything beachwaver! Every product and styling tool I have purchased from them has been high quality and has quickly become my go to. Their customer service is exceptional! I sent an email to their customer service and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded. Their customer service rep was incredibly helpful, friendly, and highly professional. I contacted customer service and told them about a problem I had with the curling iron. They offered to give me a refund for the item and they also allowed me to keep my $20 gift certificate that I had previously received. They were very kind, thoughtful and courteous in their customer service. I think that they will use my suggestions that I had about the curling iron in their research and development to see if what I had experienced can be corrected. Overall it was a very easy process for the return. Sandra was a great customer service agent. Thanks to Beachwaver for making this an easy process.

First off this is hands down the BEST curling irons for people who struggle with wands and normal irons. Its quick, easy, and so great when you're in a rush! I am typically the friend who does all of the hair so this has been a blessing to give to my friends as gifts... and saves me time too;) The customer service team is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Hands down the quickest, nicest, and most helpful in a company that I have ever experiences. Hands down give the company a 10/10 all around<3
