Anyone that is planning on buying anything from BBQ Guys they have the worst customer service. This sink was bought 2 months ago and they sent a steel drain instead of a stainless steel one. There answer to there cheap drain is clean it and try to keep it dry. So much for the Warranty they claim to have. Now fast forward a few days and So the same day as my previous post about our rusted outdoor sink, a Mr Hidalgo from BBQGuys called Carlos Placeres to talk about the issue. According to him this was totally unacceptable. He requested that we forward all emails received from them to him and he would review them and get back to him. To this day, once again BBQGuys Kitchen & Patio Showroom has failed to respond, communicate or fix the issue. Watch out for this company!!!

Everything came on time and as advertised. BBQ Guys kept me up to date in every step of the process and we love the quality of the products they offer.

A friend ordered me the Flameboss but ordered the wrong one. You would think the process of returning it in exchange for the correct one would be painless. WRONG. It took this company 8 DAYS to simply create a return label for me to use to send the item back. I had to pester them almost every day until somebody finally got it done. Once I shipped the item back, it took them 11 days after the day they received it to issue the refund, and that only happened because I continued to bug them on the online chat. A simple return and refund should not take this long. Horrible customer service.

Ordering was very easy, FAST shipping. No issues, grill has been excellent.

When our Homeowners Association restricted use of Gas and Charcoal Grills we were extremely upset. Our initial search for electric grill options only showed us grills named "George" and we were not happy. Then we came across the BBQGuys.com website and were very pleased with their N27153141C Electric Grill. Delivery was quick, assembly was easy and we are now once again enjoying family barbecues.
