Great customer service. Love the item I ordered!

After measuring my existing Bar-B-Q 3 Times just to be sure that I had the correct measurements, I placed the order with the BBQGuys on line. Our old Black cover was the original and sits in the Sun near the pool with the Sun hitting it all day. It lasted in that condition for about 8 years, so that was unexpected. The new one came, and it appears to be constructed of some nice materials. I laid it out over a couple of chairs yesterday, and today we took it outside and took the old one off in into the Trash, we then put this one on, and it fits better than the original. What I mean by that is, that it goes on and comes off easier the the original one. This New cover is a Grey color and has Kitchen Aid printed in white across the top, and there is about a 4 inch strip of Screen across the front, like a Breather screen. Overall, this was a Pleasant and rewarding order to place. Price was Good, cover is Great, and it came to us in about a week. Thank You Very Much !!

These guys kept me informed every step of the way on my order. I have been using the easy lite lighter for years and it IS the best one out there for the job!

Both a grill with some accessories, everything was good until I needed to return once of the accessories that I had bought for $40 that is in a small box that weights less than one pound. After over 3 weeks of waiting for return authorization, they got back to be today saying it will cost $77.38 for FedEx cost! Learn my lesson why I should stick with big box stores like Home Depot.

If you can accept minor cosmetic issues with the product, be sure to visit the Warehouse Deals section prior to placing your order. I purchased a Weber SE-335 natural gas grill through the Warehouse Deals section and saved 30% off the new grill price. The grill's warranty (10 years from Weber) is not affected.
