I bought two fajita skillets and love them.

I ordered two items on line because their Web Site stated they had items in stock and could ship within 3-5 days. After two weeks of contacting them DAILY and them not being able to get any information, I had to cancel the transaction. I purchase many things online as most of us do these days and this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an online purchase. Their CS folks were very friendly but could not get ANY information related to my order. I would HIGHLY recommend not using this vendor for your project.

It was a very quick and easy experience ordering my Weber smokers. Would rather support smaller businesses than big box stores like Home Depot.

Quickly able to identify the products I needed (which were competitively priced), quick shipping....the products I ordered were delivered complete, and undamaged!

I purchased a high end Blaze grill that came slightly damaged and dented from shipping. BBQGuys allowed me to purchase an equivalent Weber instead. It arrived and works great. They're still facilitating the return of the Blaze, but so far, so good.

Everything was seamless from the day I ordered the grill to the day it arrived at our house. We are very pleased with our purchase. I would recommend this company to everyone.
