N28409250C My BBQ was shown as in stock, expected 2-3 weeks to deliver. It came to our drivewayon 28 July 2020, we ordered 14 July 2020. Its is now ready for use, all parts recieved, we assembled. Clear manual, no problems. We have a long driveway, but we used a tractor with forks and a small garden wagon to get it to the back deck. Without it we would have had to assemble it in the driveway.

Website is easy to use. Order arrived timely with the correct product. The package was traumatized a bit in transit, though.

I have not yet received my order. It is in Phoenix, and I am in Southern California. Not far, and it has been 9 days so far.

Bought a Weber GenesisII SE330 grill from BBQguys and got it the following Monday. Easy and quick purchase online, great comms with RL Shipping Carrier and awesome delivery experience. Box came undamaged on a crate and delivery guy dropped it in our backyard which was below driveway level. Awesome shopping experience overall plus shipping is free :) Grill is excellent as always.

Worst company ever! I placed an order and it was supposed to ship in 2 days. Then I get an email sayng it will be shipped in 45 days! So I call and complained and the lady told me that she found another one in stock and it would ship in 2 days. Went to the finincing again.... After 5 days I called in to check on the shipment since in their website it says "preparing for shipment" the lady told me it will ship in 45 days!! Again!! All I heard was, sorry.... would you like a refund? That's it! I wasted 12 days with them! I finally bought it on Amazon, $100 cheaper and it shipped out the next day. Good by forever bbqguys. Thanks for wasting my time.

Easy to use with website with good information and competitive pricing. Delivery was quick enough and the product was exactly as promised. Also uses the web chat for details and they were really helpful.
