Do not order anything from this company.I cancelled a order and it’s been a week and still no refund

I purchased an item (KettlePizza Basic Pizza Oven) on July 20th fully being aware that it would take 3-4 weeks for the item to be shipped due to it being on back order. Looking at the site a few days later and I wanted to order another item but didn't want to pay for shipping. So they allowed me to cancel my order and place a new one for the back order item and the one in stock. Got the one item in stock quickly (Rosewood BBQ Meat Hook) but the back order item is still pending. Flash forward to last week and they said that the pending item should arrive last week and be shipped out. Nothing. Talked to customer service again this week and now they are telling me early September. It is going to take 6-7 weeks before they even have the item in stock. I know the times we are in right now with COVID and disruption in the supply chain but either make the item unavailable or put a realistic shipping time frame.

The Bayou Classic Black Outdoor Stove With Dual Low-Pressure Gas Burners (model DB375) arrived as described. Fast shipping. It is stable with a full 5-gallon pot on it. The shelves on the side cam in handy. I option to this model because of the shelves and I'm glad I did. It took no time to heat up the water to can. Next is a batch of beer! On a side note, you can find extra parts for the Bayou Classic which is a plus.

We completed a rather large outdoor addition 3 years ago, purchasing outdoor cabinets, Beverage fridge and Hestin grill from BBQ Guys. Everything was great until we had issues with our pullout garbage drawer rusting and tracks falling apart. When we called BBQ guys to tell them, they initially told us it was 3 years old and there was nothing they could do until we told them our paperwork said the product had a lifetime manufacturer warranty. After 3 weeks of us contacting them, they told us the manufacturer would only send us parts for us to try and fix ourselves. The cabinet is $545 dollars to replace and I will likely spend a couple hundred on labor to try and fix it as the track is not removable and the cabinet is screwed into stone. I am extremely disappointed in the fact that BBQ guys continuously has put it back on the manufacturer but I didn’t purchase it from them, I purchased it from BBQ guys. They should do a better job with quality product selection and hold their manufacturers accountable. BBQ Guys prides themselves on giving you the “best deal” but its not a good deal if they sell you junk and don’t demand better quality from their manufacturers. They did say I could send them a receipt for the labor to fix, but lets be honest, no installer is going to come out for that anytime soon.

I recently ordered a pitt boss model 77700 from BBQGuys.com. Received promptly , shipping was very reasonably priced considering the size . Very very pleased I chose BBQGuys . I highly recommend them😁

Worst experience I have ever had for online purchases. False advertising on website for delivery dates. Never contacted me about delays in shipping. I had to contact them four times for the order status before I finally got fed up and canceled the order. I canceled the order and then they shipped a partial order the next day. Never would use them again.

I recently ordered a new built in grill and outdoor sink from BBQGuys. In the midst of COVID-19, I was expecting a significant delay in shipping and supplies but was pleasantly surprised that the order was immediately processed and shipped out. I received it within a week! This company is organized and understands the importance of customer service

I am currently in the process of purchasing over $6000+ of equipment from BBQGuys. I would recommend that you do a lot of research before you decide to buy from them. I was looking for equipment that would be in stock and ship in a week or so. I was enticed with a good discount and was told that even though the eqipment shows 12-16 weeks availibility, there is a shipment coming in within the next 2 days and the availibility will be changed then. Low and behold, 5 days after placing the order, I find that the availibility is actually 12-16 weeks. So I say fine, I will just order a second line of same brand that shows in stock. Its a slightly lower line of same brand. So I go research and send them an update of what items to remove and add and they promptly do that for me but guess what, the discounts that I was offered on the original line are no longer valid and I need to pay full price for a lower quality line. This is what I call a bait and switch. Got me to order and now charge me more for and cheaper line. Bravo BBQ Guys!!! I asked them 10 times to consolidate my shipment. They are shipping things randomly. There is no tracking information and who in this day and age does not provide tracking info? The order status for everything is always preparing shipment. Even for items that are 12-16 weeks out. It basically shows the dishonesty of this company or pure incompetence to run a e-commerce business. My last time doing business with them. If they hadn't shipped the grill and I didn't need the equipment right away, I would have cancelled this order. Also, dont believe ships in 24 hours. 24 hours means about 5 days and counting so far and other than 1 item nothing has shipped.
