Absolutely terrible delivery service Bought a grill and waited weeks being given the runaround on why it had not arrived. I ended up canceling and asking for a refund because their best excuse was that the delivery service could not find my address. I literally get mail and packages daily at the address and you can find it on Google Maps so that was the dumbest excuse ever.

3.5 stars. Lots of information and huge selection. The grills I ordered arrived pretty quickly too. I'm not a fan of their freight delivery. The shipping invoice billed them for appointment delivery but both pallets came on separate days without scheduling an appointment for either, no signature. Drop and take a pic... They say delivery is free, but in reality they are rolling the charges into the purchase price. Not a problem, I get it. However, considering it is curbside delivery, this could have been very bad, as I'm heading out on vacation the day after the second unscheduled delivery. I reached out to customer service about the process twice, and never received a response. They should probably speak with their carrier and talk about getting refunded for the service they pay for and pass onto us.

I ordered and paid in full for a Torino Pizza oven March 6 2021. I asked if the shipping could be scheduled a few weeks later. I was told yes they can delay shipping up to 3 weeks. The week it was scheduled to be delivered I called to confirm delivery date only to be told the unit was sold and they have none in stock until May 2021. How can you sell the unit I paid for in full. It’s bad business to do that to your customers, I was offered $150 discount but I still have no assurances it will arrive in May. Rick Order number N29800806

Bought $8000 worth of outdoor kitchen appliances from them. Natural Gas BBQ has finish damage on the hood and refrigerator doesn't work. Not their fault. But going on a month now with no resolution on the damaged BBQ and non working refrigerator is. My impression is they will sell you something then ditch you for support purposes. I keep getting the excuse that they are reaching out to the manufacturer. How long does it take to make a phone call?

I consider myself very knowledgeable when it comes to grilling. I replaced my old Viking grill with the Blaze 32" LTE with a rotisserie, sear burner and cart. The overall build of it is okay (but not even close to the 16 year old Viking). The new Blaze struggles to hit 500 degrees after all four burners run on high for 30 minutes on a day with no wind. The hood thermometer is off by 175 degrees and the sear burner does not light with the ignition a match is needed??? Its been 2 weeks since I contacted BBQ Guys support about these issues and still no resolution except that we are looking into this matter. Bottom line is do not purchase a grill that you have not physically cooked on, review forums are good only to a point. I made a costly purchase and now regret it with not much support from the company I purchased it from.

Great communication and my smoker arrived on a well wrapped pallet in perfect condition.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Buyer beware, they ship broken parts and then do not replace. There are over 45 complaints with the better business bureau. Do not buy from this company you will find yourself without a useable product and will have lost your money!

Excellent Service. Great Communications. Quick shipping and delivery. I wish others would use your example of customer service.
