Ordered appliances for outside bbq. They finally arrived but refrigerator was not the one I ordered— it was a cheap little fridge you can get from any place. I called them back. Customer service asked to wait at home from 8 am till 5 pm for them to pick up wrong item. I told them I would not take a day off for that. They sent me another fridge and never reached out for the first one. Second fridge arrived and it was again wrong item. I called again. Customer service was very rude. She told me again that I had to stay at home from 8 to 5 waiting for them to pick up now two fridges after which they would send me what I ordered. I asked for refund and told them I would leave their junk outside of the house on the day we agreed to. The woman said she would confirm by email— I didn’t received it. Therefore I have to call their stupid customer service again on Monday. I think the company owners mean well but hired incompetent staff that will ruin them. I will never order from them again. I hope to get my refund— those two fridges they sent me I believe worth less than the one I paid for.

After I ordered a grill, I was told it was going to be over a month until I received it. Then I checked out my order status online, and it said it was supposed to have already shipped. I message customer support, they confirmed the website was wrong, it will take another month before it arrived. I asked if they could fix the tracking on the page, they could not. They need to stop selling items THEY DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK, so they quit wasting their customer's time. Poor experience, poor customer service.

We ordered a ceramic grill from BBQ Guys. We received it in just a few days but sadly the grill was cracked. BBQ Guys made the exchange process so easy and got a new grill right out to us. Their customer service team (Paul) stayed in touch with us both by email and phone. We cannot speak highly enough about this company. We will only buy from them going forward. Forget the big box stores. These guys have everything you need to grill. We are grateful we found such a good company. Thanks BBQ Guys and Paul!

I had tried to order a firebox from a Grill company in town & paid for it up front. However , they had me waiting over a month telling me it was still on back order each time i went in inquiring about it . So when I went online and saw the BBQ Guys had one in stock , I cancelled the other order and to my surprise I received their firebox in just 4 days . That's how you do business . Great job BBQ Guys !

My new 26" Weber grill arrived in due order and was well-packaged. Unfortunately, I discovered during assembly that one leg was slightly bent and would not allow the spring-loaded button to pop through the grill bottom flange in order to lock into place. I emailed bbqguys.com, with photos; the auto-reply said someone would get back to me in 3-4 business days. At the close of the 4th day, I called. The customer service rep confirmed that it had not yet been read. Further, I learned that the company does not stock parts, so I had two options. Go to Weber's site, register, and then fill out a warrantly claim. The other would be to return the ENTIRE GRILL so they could send me a new one - which hopefully would not have any defects. Of course I opted for the former, Weber handled it promptly and a replacement leg is en route. Hard to believe that the latter could be considered by anyone to be a reasonable choice. A weird way to do business.
