Always a great experience to deal with BBQ Guys. They are extremely knowledgeable and capable with their assistance. Always go beyond your expectations. Thanks

Very easy to work with. Found what I needed on their website. Prompt delivery. One item was not what I was looking for but a return/refund was very easy. I will do business with them again.

I would not recommend buying anything from these guys. Order totaled $200, they immediately charged by card. Website said items were in stock, order confirmation said order would ship in 4 to 7 business days. After 10 days I called and was told they had 10 to 14?BUSINESS days to ship. When I pointed out what their website says and order confirmation I was told none of that mattered!!! Still waiting for my order and it’s over a month for an item that was said to be in stock Update. Order received only after more phone calls and emails. Never again

Exceptional service and a quality product.

Good quality fire glass that I use for resin art, and super fast shipping! Always ships by the next day and in my mailbox 3 days max everytime!
