The shopping experience was good. The shipping and delivery, not so much. I received the typical "your order is being processed and I even got an out for delivery email from FedEx with a tracking# A few days later it was still sitting at the Nashville TN hub and I even got a confirmation that my searbox had been delivered. 4 days later it was actually delivered.

Great site! I ordered an undermount stainless steel sink for an outdoor bar. Price was best I found, online ordering was easy and shipping was super fast. I would order from BBQGuys.com again for sure!

Ordered a wedding gift on their site. Apple Pay changed the shipping information. The customer service was great! They changed the address and even sold me a pizza oven at the same time. We both received our orders quickly and with no problems. A great place to shop.

Ordered a Napoleon Prestige Pro 665 with some accessories (grill cover, charcoal tray, etc.) Said it was in stock (not many retailers had it in stock) - order it on 2/24, shipped on 2/26 from Louisiana, arrived in CT on 3/3. Everything arrived in perfect shape. Put the grill together in little over an hour - and now ready to grill! Thanks BBQ Guys, well done!

I ordered the 16" OONI Pizza oven almost 6 months ago and BBQGuys represented it was going to be delivered in late 2020. I could have ordered from other parties but chose the BBQGUYS since they seemed legitimate. They not only failed to deliver as promised in 2020, they then said it will be delivered sometime in early March, 2021. Last week (late February) they said it was going to be later than that with no clue on the delivery date! They also kept asking if I want to cancel, which is a totally unprofessional request given that I relied on them to deliver this oven in a somewhat timely manner (and to reorder from another company now would take several more months). I have sent multiple letters asking when the Pizza oven will be delivered - ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. My next step is a formal complaint and lawsuit as their failure to respond to multiple emails and their attempts to cancel the transaction instead of providing a delivery date after 6 months further supports my belief they knowingly misrepresented the product delivery date and potentially their ability to deliver it anywhere close to as represented! My email is bombarded with their sales ads every day - too bad they can't spend even half of that effort with customer support!

It was an easy shopping experience. The folks on the phone were helpful. Also they realized it was a big purchase for us and they made it a nice experience. Shipping was fast.

Great company. I ordered the 6 qt cast iron Dutch oven. I received my order really quick and have used it daily throughout our Texas storm. I will definitely be buying again through them.
