I'm a short term customer but have found the response time very quick. This provides a great deal of security and confidence. I'm in a wheelchair and when I fall I can't get up. Now I feel that I have a way to get back in my chair without having to try to get help from others.

I purchased Bay Area Alarm for my Mother and Dad for there 89th birthday. They have used it several times and have had a fast response from 911. It allows my dad to continue swimming and use the button for safety. My mother is bedridden and feels very secure knowing that she has acess to help if my dad is busy else where. It has given them a much needed sense of security and relieved my worry about them being home alone.

We are closer to 90 than to 80 and find comfort in knowing that Bay Alarm Medical is there. We have depended for years on their sister company, Bay Alarm and were delighted when BAM started up. We have not yet had to call them in an emergency, but we have accidentally pushed the gray button on the wrist band often enough to see how quick and how thorough they were in asking about how each of us was doing, even when I told them one of us had pushed the gray button on the wrist band by accident. Indeed, my only complaint is that I wish they had a wrist band that had something like a rotating disk cover over the gray button, pinned at its edge. It would cover the gray button, but you could easily push it aside and then push the gray button.

Set-up was super easy and they were very helpful. Praise God my mom hasn't had to use it yet, but it's such a relief to know they are there.

My health can go from fine to being in need of emergent care in just a few million items. No warning, and I'm not always able to get to the phone. Having this service provides me and my family with peace of mind. It's worth every penny!

I am very pleased. Although I have not HAD to use it I mistakenly hit it somehow not even knowing it but they responded immediately

it was easy to order setup and activate.. It is well worth what it costs for the peace of mind we both have.

I purchased the Bay Alarm Medical system for my grandmother, who lives alone and had fallen down a few times. The system gives me peace of mind in knowing that should she have another accident and be alone, that help can be on the way immediately. Thank you Bay Medical!
