I am so glad I signed up for your service. It is one of those things you don't really think about until that one scarey day when you really need it. My mom lives alone 6 hours away, she slipped and fell. She hit her button and literally seconds later I was called and the ambulance dispatched. How can you put a price in that. The customer service gal even helped locate where they took my mom and what her current condition was. I can't thank you enough

Great service. Bay Alarm has called all the contact phone numbers reporting no service when the machine got unplugged from power. They responded to MMR when the big button was pushed for an actual emergency.

When you need this service, it's good to know you have it and they are there. Always pleasant!

A couple weekends ago, my mom's alarm went off. Fortunately, it was an accident--a false alarm, so to speak. Bay Alarm's system immediately left voice messages for my 2 sisters and me. One sister lives in the same town as mom and her husband went to mom's house immediately. He lives nearby and actually arrived before the medical team. It was very helpful for all of us to know that something was happening, even though it was not an actual emergency.

My elderly mother who has the service has not, thankfully, had to use it much - however, the folks at Bay Alarm have been prompt in dealing with the few calls she has had to make. Most of these systems work the same way but we have not had occasion that this one has any glitches - it is also very affordable.

I sleep easier at night (and travel and shop and hike and dine and.. and...) knowing that my mom has this outside link to safety. She fell several times and I was in a constant state of worry as to when - and just how bad - the next fall would be; now I have none of those concerns because she has someone watching out for her besides me! By the way, your service is truly a safety net - Mom hasn't fallen since we acquired Medical Alert Systems!! Thank you.

My mom lives 2000 miles away and I feel much more at ease knowing that she is watched over by Bay Alarm Medical. Her stroke caused her to temporarily lose her ability to speak and with Bay Alarm Medical I know that, even if she can not communicate, someone will be there to do that for her--to call for help and to notify me.

Well I have had the prescription for my mother for 3 years now and although we have not needed it I'm always glad to know its there if ever needed. So simple for my mother to understand and easy annual billing allows me to keep the service uninterrupted.
