I've had Bay Alarm for about 2 years and I have no complaints thus far. My alarm has gone off twice with my faulty garage door opening on it's own and I've received calls from bay alarm both times. I've called to notify them of my out of town trips as well as called to do periodic systems checks and I've had nothing, but positive experiences.
