Spoke with Maya for some time today getting things transferred from my landline connection to a Wifi one. While at times I was not sure she understood what I was trying to explain, we eventually did complete the process and now I feel safely covered once again with Bay Alarm Medical.

The tech we worked with over the phone to get the device set up was excellent. He was very patient and made sure it all worked well. The system arrived very quickly. Only concern is the response time of the calls. Sometimes it was 30+ seconds before someone answered. Hopefully if need to use the device, it will be answered as quickly as we need.

There was a mix up due to a loss of data connected to my credit card. Although both service personnel I talked with were polite, the first gentleman did not know why the card had not gone through resulting in my concerns that the call was a scam. After checking with my credit card company directly I found that no attempt had been made to make the charge. I was able to go into my BayAlarm online account and call them to discover there had been a glitch with some cards with their new system. I was able to securely re-enter my card information and renew the automatic payment. Dorin, the second BayAlarm consultant, was very helpful and polite in explaining the difficulties from their end so that I felt safe in re-entering my information. Thank you Dorin!
