I purchased this product for my stepfather who cares for my mother full time and is 78 years old. He feels more secure with Bay Alarm and I feel better about him being alone with my mom. They have been very responsive, even when he accidentally pushed the help button. They are professional and courteous and the price is very reasonable.

I chose Bay Alarm for my Dad because there were a lot of good reviews. I have not been disappointed. If my dad's alarm system is not working properly for any reason they contact me right away. His equipment has stopped working a couple of times and they mailed replacements very quickly. It is worth the money to have peace of mind.

Great product and customer service! Recently my friend who I got this for had a "false alarm" as she was leaning over to get clothes out of her washing machine and accidentally triggered the device. Within seconds she heard someone asking if she was ok. Initially she didn't understand why she was being contacted but once she realized what had happened she assured the Bay Alarm Medical rep that she was ok she was very impressed and pleased with the response. That was followed up with a second contact by phone just a few minutes later to ensure everything was ok. My siblings and I are so grateful to Bay Alarm for the sense of security our 82 year old mother enjoys. She faithfully wears her alarm wrist band and often tells me how much better she feels at home knowing she literally has help available at her fingertips. It gives us much needed peace of mind to know that someone is always there, waiting in the event of needed assistance.

Bay Alarm provided various rates from monthly, quarterly and annually-which most other plans do nit offer. All rates were very affordable compared to other companies. Any time we had questions about service or equipment, the staff was great and very helpful. When we cancelled the contract (mom moved into an apartment that provides this service) they provided very easy and direct instructions on how to return the equipment (by email and in a letter). I highly recommend this company. You will feel at ease using this company and their services.

WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY THAT HAS A HANDI-CAPPED PERSON OR A RELATIVE THAT IS IN NEED OF THAT EXTRA MEASURE OF ASSISTANCE.......

My husband had a stroke in January and I was not letting him come home without a Medic Alert System. Bay Alarm Medical was the only Company that answered every one of my questions and did not harass me with phone calls trying to get me to sign up with them. We have been very happy with our alarm and the service and comfort it provides.

The feeling of knowing that help is only a push of a button away, has allowed me to feel exceptionally safe in my home. The instant response of getting medical help and alerting of my beloved family member, allows me to be more productive with great confidence.
