I have accidentally activated the alarm on three occasions. Response was immediate, polite, and thorough. The operator asked several times if I was sure I didn't need help and made sure I was lucid. I felt very comfortable with the response. Also, your operators are Americans. Congratulations on that. I understand them and they have a good work ethic.

I enjoy them since I had them for my father.

My sister and I subscribed our mother to Bay Alarm Medical because some of her friends were having problems with break ins in the middle of the night. Burglars were targeting older women who live alone. On the very first night that the system was activated, she slept with her necklace and accidentally pressed the button in her sleep. She was awakened by the sound of a voice calling her name. For a few seconds, she was in a panic that someone was in her house. When she discovered that it was one of the operators from Bay Alarm Medical, she realized that they will always be there for her if she ever needs them. My mother doesn't sleep with her necklace on anymore, but it's on her bedside table if she ever needs it. She has a higher confidence level in living alone now. She feels empowered!

I live in Dallas, Texas and my mother lives in Sweetwater, Texas almost 4 hours drive. I searched for about 4-5 month and interview a lot of Alarm Medical company's for the right company for my mother. I was looking for a company that would take the time to let me interview them and allow my mother to call and ask questions before my mother would allow me to pay for a company to monitor her. As your parents get older they are set in their way. I found Bay Alarm Medical with great customer service and provided what I needed and gave me a peace of mind to continue living my life and allow my mother to feel that she was still in charge of her life. I also love that this company would call my mother just to check up on her when she doesn't call in monthly. I give this company a rating 5 stars. Because we will all be in the same spot my mother is and I want my family to use Bay Alarm Medical when I took need help. Thank you for the great work!!

I would recommend Bay Alarm Medical to anyone who has an aging parent or spouse and is not always there to keep an eye on him/her. Frankly, even though I'm not so old (yet:-), if I lived alone, I would definitely have this protection and peace of mind for myself! Bay Alarm Medical spent a lot of time answering my numerous questions and assisting me with set-up. Of all the similar products available, this one stands out for its quality, reliability, price, and customer service.

A couple of years ago we needed a medical alarm for my disabled brother who lives with me when he fell just before I was supposed to leave for a fall colors vacation in New England. It was the weekend, of course, so I would not have received the unit by mail from Bay Alarm or any other company until Tuesday. But, staff at the headquarters building offered to get the unit ready and let me pick up the unit in person on Sunday, even though their building is closed on Sunday. They were very helpful when I had a minor problem in setting up the alarm, so everything was working on Monday and I was able to fly out Tuesday, missing just 2 days of my trip instead of 4. Renewals have been smooth, and we've never had a problem with Bay Alarm. They provide excellent service and have given my brother (and me) much peace of mind.

I've fallen before and needed help from a passing neighbor. Since I live alone, often that help is not available. Now I know that I can easily summon someone if and when I need them. Also, I am a diabetic and have had severe hypoglycemic episodes, particularly at night. My call button is right there with me 24/7 for whatever help I need. I sleep so much better now.
