Bay Alarm MedicalReviews of bayalarmmedical.com

Bay alarm has given me and my family a sense of calm and safety. I know that I can count on them to be there and to work as planned in the event of an emergency situation. I highly recommend this dependable professional company

Our Mother who is 87 years young is now living on her own. We wanted to make absolutely sure that she will be as safe possible. We took meticulous effort in researching all of the options, technologies, and services available. After a complete comparative review process, it was clearly evident that Bay Alarm offered the best overall package. The hardware is very user friendly, very easy to set up, and customer service has been superb. We first decided to opt for the 3 month payment arrangement to save some cost versus the month-to-month plan, but after this trial period we felt confident to sign up for the yearly plan in order to acquire the least expensive service. Bay Alarm's pricing was the least expensive, yet in no way has this compromised their service, which has been a very pleasant surprise. The only disappointment we have is that the wrist band could be better designed. It is a bit to big, to fit comfortably on her small wrists, and cumbersome for her to easily put on. Consequently she has not wanted to wear it when she goes to bed. Aside from this, we are very pleased and satisfied with the product, the pricing and the excellent customer service. Our confidence is such that we will not hesitate to recommend Bay Alarm's medical alert system to other's.

i was not going to get an alarm system. i looked at grumpy i said thats me. thats when i ordered my styem and i"m glad i ordered the system. if you fall alot protect yourself and order you a bay alarm system.

I am thoroughly happy and impressed with Bay Alarm Medical. I have Multiple Sclerosis and live alone, so the peace of mind I receive from having this service is invaluable. My parents also have Bay Alarm Medical and my brothers and I have been completely and totally impressed with how thorough and professional the company has been on the couple of occasions when my parents needed to use the service as well as the one time that I needed it myself.

I would recommend this system to anyone - the price is reasonable - the distant between console and transmitter of 1000 feet is VERY important . . especially living in the country - they allowed custom contact listings in case of emergency

Bay Alarm Medical is dependable and reliable. When testing I always get an immediate response which reassures me that if and when needed they will always be there for me. They've got my back! Couldn't be more pleased.

If you fall or injure yourself, all you need do is press the button and help is there in a matter of minutes. And remember, minutes count, they can be a matter of living or death .Do not hesitate.

My mother was, to put it mildly, reluctant. She LOVES the service, now and would NEVER give it up. She has mistakenly used the service a couple of times and HAD to use it a couple of other times. The Bay Alarm Medical people have always been helpful, respectful, and calming. My contact with Bay Alarm (as the person paying the bill and asking the questions) has been every bit as positive as my mother's. I HIGHLY recommend Bay Alarm Medical!
